Zip Water is seeking a Internal Sales Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team. As a Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team to drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and outreach
Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential leads, qualify their interest and needs
Nurture and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information and updates
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications in our CRM system
Contribute to ongoing lead generation strategies and campaigns
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Proficiency in using CRM systems
