We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Development Co-ordinator to join our team here at our Head Office based in Ipswich, however, there may be some occasional need to travel for this position.
The main purpose of this role is to support our Regional Directors in monitoring online portals and liaising with potential client organisations to underpin relationships and to gain early sight of future opportunities where both organisations could work together.
Main duties will include:
- Support our Regional Directors to develop client relationships and contact potential clients to ensure we understand future work opportunities.
- Attend internal client relationship and opportunity review meetings.
- Administer the company’s opportunity pipeline.
- Maintain records of client relationship activity.
Are you the person we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, persuade and motivate. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels both face to face and on the telephone, as well as being ambitious and target orientated with the ability to work on their own initiative. You will need to be comfortable with cold calling and be interested in talking to new people in a confident and professional manner.
Previous experience of client facing roles and online research is preferred.
