A well-established market leader in business to business lead generation, appointment setting and organising successful campaigns within the construction industry.
Working within a portfolio of high profile material providers and manufacturing and targeting projects from £1m - £200m.
With modern and bright offices, Enhance Consultancy provides an excellent training and development with opportunities to grow in the business.
The duties for this role are as follows:
- Develop new business relationships
- Make outbound calls to construction professionals
- Hitting agreed targets and KPI's
- Be able to manage your own workload
- Record accurate and detailed call notes using a bespoke CRM system
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our Clients products and services
- Communicate effectively our key features and benefits by email and telephone
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems
- A flexible approach to meet the demands of the business
- Knowledge of using Glenigans data or similar systems
- Knowledge of the construction process
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Confident and self-motivated
- Results driven with a 'can do' attitude
- Good attention to detail / accuracy
Working sociable hours, training provided, free parking, health scheme and pension after qualifying period.
