Full time Permanent role - office based

Monday - Friday 0800-1700

Office based in Burgess Hill. Plenty of free parking on site

Salary. £30000-£36000 plus very good staff benefits

The Role - Account Manager

Following significant investment in the business and company expansion, my client is seeking to recruit an experienced account manager to join their growing and established team in Burgess Hill.

You will ideally come from a print background, and to succeed in this role you must be organised, efficient, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment to ensure the customer’s high standards and needs are always met.

A 'can do’ and 'can I help’ attitude and willingness to involve yourself in all stages of a clients project is essential to succeed in this rewarding role.

Duties and responsibilities:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients on a regular basis

Working with clients in a proactive, consultative manner, delivering advice and solutions to their requirements

Interpreting clients specifications and providing quotations in a timely manner or against pre-agreed service level agreements.

Using a management information system to accurately create works instructions, briefing internal teams and owning the projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.

Liaising with multiple suppliers to source project related collateral

Accurate invoicing of all projects

Handling customer queries/complaints in a timely manner.

Ensuring any client or in-house monthly service level agreements are achieved

Attending meetings with internal teams and clients as and where required.

Providing cover for other members of the client services team

Knowledge, skills and competencies required:

Experience as an account manager with a sound knowledge of the print sector

Client focussed

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret client specifications, briefs & artwork.

Good communication skills

Ability to work to deadlines

Good all round IT and computer skills
