The full requirements for this role include:

• Demonstrate excellent rapport building skills

• A huge desire to win and be the best at what you do, with competitive and driven personality

• Must be driven and willing to go above and beyond

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Coaching the candidates through the process of Interview to placement and continuing that relationship once they have been placed.

• Construct well written communication

• Work hard through your time in the office - this is where a sports background / competitive personality would drive you forward!
