Store Manager for Johnson Dry Cleaners, a Service Based Retail Company
Location: Mobile role in St Albans and surrounding area.
Job Type: Permanent. Full Time
Monday to Sunday - 5 days out of 7
Pay:
Starting £23,504 per annum
You also have opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus
Job description-

Job Purpose:
To effectively manage the Dry-Cleaning branches. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy, to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customer and receiver branches, and to promote a positive working environment for all branch colleagues. As a Manager, you should always be looking to maximize both the sales and the profitability of your branch whilst maintaining high branch standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* · Ensure high standards are always maintained including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock management, including stockholding, ordering, usage, and organization. Administration, training, and daily tasks and responsibilities.
* · To promote excellent customer service to all customers/receivers from all colleagues, including contact with customers/receivers, regarding any issues with garments or admin.
* · To make sure that the branch runs with the correct hours to offer the deals for the customers/receivers
* · To help resolve & give the best advice to all receivers regarding complaints.
* · Ensure that regular quality control checks are carried out and reflect the standard set in the training manuals.
* · Security of premises, stock, fittings, and machinery.
* · Carry out branch stocktaking.
* · Carry out daily and weekly administration.
* · Mentor and provide support and training for all colleagues.
* · Ensure compliance with branch opening and closing times.
