We are currently hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants, who will:

  • Engage with clients at all levels
  • Research and develop new business
  • Locate potential candidates
  • Understand clients' and candidates' situations and needs
  • Offer advice based on these needs and the context of your own market knowledge.

The Package:

We are looking for the best and in return for your hard work, we offer the best pay and benefits. We regularly review and benchmark our salaries so we are confident we offer a genuinely top-level basic salary as well as the best uncapped commission structure.

You should expect to earn between £30,000 and £100,000 OTE pa;

  • Year 1 OTE: Minimum of £30,000;
  • Year 2 OTE: £40-50k;
  • Year 3 OTE: £60-100k+
