We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join an education and training provider.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivating leader with a soft sell approach, able to build a strong rapport with potential course candidates, build and motivate a sales team, delivering sales reports at sales and marketing meetings as well as understanding current trends and current conversion rates.

Role requirements:- 

Able to grasp the product quickly.
A sense of maturity that will ensure trust with potential students.
Able to soft sell by building rapport
Able to recruit and train a team.
Dynamic and ambitious.
The successful candidate will be: -

Driven to ensure conversion rates are hit
A strong and effective communicator
Enthusiastic and motivating
Organised
Able to put forward ideas and deliver presentations
