The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client who are an imaginative, forward-thinking business based in Leicester, covering nationwide. They are now seeking an Account Manager due to the success of their company.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, outgoing and confident, and will also be an outstanding multi-tasker with great time management.

Role & Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care.
  • Develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customer through establishing and maintaining positive relationships by understanding their goals, needs, and challenges. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns.
  • Work with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. 
  • Implement and manage client account plans, including setting objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximise client success.
  • Monitor client performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.

About You as the Account Manager:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or customer relations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role could suit an Account Executive, Client Relationship Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Care Manager, Customer Success Manager, Relationship Executive or Relationship Manager.
