Role: Sales Negotiator

Salary: £25,000

Location: Mapplewell (S75)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday) 

Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do.  They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.


  • Mileage Expenses paid.
  • 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging sales valuations
  • Arranging sales viewings
  • Dealing with sales enquiries
  • Chasing prospective buyers for viewing feedback
  • Negotiating offers on sales properties
  • Progressing sales with clients, chains and solicitors
  • Completing admin in relation to advertising properties, agreeing sales and completions.
  • Carry out sales viewings when required.

The successful candidate:

  • Sales negotiation experience - essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
