The Company:
ER Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our outstanding national client, PCB Technical Solutions.
They are a specialist in commercial and retail HVAC and Mechanical projects who are growing rapidly and ready for further expansion.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business generation with an abundance of tenacity and drive to co-ordinate mutual efforts to scale up the business.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Manager:

  • Identifying opportunities and applying the right strategies to enhance sales in both Service and Installations Departments.
  • Securing new maintenance and installation contracts.
  • Coordinating and driving constant sales actions (tenders, meetings, events) with the support from Key Account Manager at the parent company.
  • Supporting the development of service network in cooperation with other Directors.
  • Monitoring the pipeline of installation works and service contracts.
  • Reviewing the existing and new contracts in terms of rentability
  • Upselling and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers (i.e. by launching new services with existing customers after feasibility study of potential contract extension)

About You as the Senior Business Development Manager:

  • Previous experience in a new business sales role using a wide method of communication as this role is not solely cold calling.
  • Driven by your ambition and own results with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strategical thinker.
  • Experience in working in an organization with dynamic growth, scaling up the business, opening new subsidiaries.
  • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
  • Have the confidence and professionalism to liaise with business owners/decision makers.
  • Experience with working with budgets, reaching set out goals.
  • Ideally Managerial experience.
