A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Account Manager to join a leading workplace technology solutions provider.

About the company:

A well-established national business. They specialise in:

  • Managed print services, VoIP, automated document processing and other technology solutions. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing existing and new business. 
  • Identifying clients needs, cross selling, and growing customer base. 
  • Visiting clients to develop and grow relationship and business spend. 
  • Responsibility for customer queries and account management. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve performance.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and sales via CRM.

Experience & Skills needed:

  • Experience within a similar sales role within the managed print/ technology industries.
  • Results driven, with a passion for customer service.
  • A proactive sales approach.
  • Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
  • Able to work from autonomy, and prioritise workload.
