Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Business Development Manager to join their busy expanding team based in Derbyshire.
Salary - c£40k basic dep. on experience + Bonus, and fully expensed Tesla Company Car
Essential: to apply for this role, you must have a strong background in selling within the temporary 3D Point Of Sale industry
Main duties:
- To target, qualify and secure new business in line with the Company business strategy.
- Achieve sales targets inline with the pre-agreed budget.
- Service and support new accounts.
- Organise site visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Produce monthly customer reports and new business pipeline report.
- Liaise with Design and Production to ensure orders meet customer specifications.
- Conduct on site meetings with existing and potential customers observing all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements.
- Liaise effectively with all internal departments.
The successful candidate must:
- Have a strong background in selling within the temporary 3D Point Of Sale industry.
- Have a proven track record of targeting, winning, and managing new business.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence or equivalent.
- Be numerate, literate and have strong analytical and computer skills.
- Have the ability to make quick decisions.
- Have a high level of integrity.
- Be a team player who promotes teamwork.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Be self-motivated with good time management skills.
