To be considered for a position as a Recruitment Consultant you will:

• Possess previous permanent recruitment experience, with continuity of employment
• Have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable with face-to-face meetings
• Have previous proven end to end recruitment process experience
• Be located within reasonable commuting distance to our office in  Dartford

• A proven track record of achieving targets and business development

The part you’ll be playing:

• Building Talent pipelines for your market, maintain direct sourcing methods as well as managing the interview and offer process.
• Working closely with the Director and the team to understand the needs of the business and the role, you will constantly be identifying new leads for clients and candidates.
• Assessing candidate’s skills and background
• Ensuring that the client and candidate service is the best it can be including scheduling interviews, coordinating offers and negotiations of rates and renumeration packages
