Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Internal Sales to lead our sales team and drive our company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to meet the company's revenue and growth objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Planning:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
    • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyse sales metrics and performance data to make informed business decisions.
    • Manage the sales budget, including forecasting and expense management.

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
