KBB Recruitment are working with a well-established bathroom appliance retailer based in London, who are looking for a Area Sales Manager to cover the South West.

Offering a basic salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 plus company car and Commission.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

The Role:

- Developing new and existing accounts within the contract market

- Building your pipeline via lead-generation

- Selling Bathroom products and appliances to Developers

- Promoting products into new businesses and maximizing sales opportunities

- Presenting new products, new colours and promotional offers 

- Building strong business relationships with clients, ensuring the retention and development of business, by providing the highest level of service

- Forward planning all customer visits and detail them on the CRM system

- Ensuring that all customer interaction is recorded and managed through the CRM system on a daily basis

- Managing display product placement and the verification of product displays among your customer bases

Candidate Requirements:

- Experienced with a proven track record in territory sales 

- KBB experience 

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrable negotiation skills

- Works well with facts and figures

- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

- Ability to demonstrate a tenacious and resilient mindset

- Be able to manage time and priorities effectively

- Must hold a valid and clean driving licence

- Flexible with business travel requirements
