Our client is a market leader in the installation and repair of vehicle safety systems, encompassing highly sophisticated hardware and software products. They have enjoyed an extended period of growth which, with increasing development and applications for their products and the impending Direct Vision Standard 2024 rulings, is set to continue!  

Joining a friendly and collaborative team, as the frontline team you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with excellent customer service. This integral role requires exemplary customer service skills as well as strong attention to detail and organisation.  

Your primary responsibilities include: 

• Being front line for incoming calls on the sales line and offering prices and information as needed for both new and existing business prospects
• Communicating with customers in an effective, professional manner to understand their needs 

• Updating and managing the CRM system
•  Ensure all orders are up to date

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and will be based onsite at offices in Salford Quays.
