Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will grow the footprint of the company’s market-leading digital solutions within its current client base. This role involves developing account plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating complex deal cycles. With a competitive base salary of £35-45K (DOE) and an OTE of £50-60K, plus uncapped commissions, this role promises both financial and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with stakeholders up to the C-suite level
- Research industry challenges to provide relevant solutions
- Demonstrate and articulate the value of the company’s solutions
- Meet sales targets and provide accurate forecasting
- Create and maintain account development plans
Ideal Candidate:
- The successful candidate will have 2 years’ experience in Software/SaaS account management or a technical role, with a proven track record of meeting quotas. Strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle are essential.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in stakeholder management and complex solution sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- An outgoing personality with a determined attitude and good listening skills
- Ability to write professional business emails and compelling proposals
- Understanding of selling to the public sector is advantageous
