Sales Manager – Landscaping Materials
Salary £30,000 to £35,000 + Commission

Full Time & Permanent
The company are very keen to attract the strongest skill set and will negotiate salaries outside of this range if it is justified by a candidates experience knowledge and ability. You will be working in a successful, independent, owner managed business where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.
It is a role that couples account management with sales and business development. You will be the main point of contact for a book of existing clients with responsibility to manage their purchasing whilst finding opportunities to sell additional and complementary products. Alongside this you will be looking to develop business with new customers and resurrect sales to lapsed accounts.
To be successful you will have 2 to 3 years (or more) experience in sales and account management, ideally within the landscaping or building materials sectors. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial ability and happy to take responsibility for a defined client list. A natural customer affinity is needed, together with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to evidence that you have successfully achieved targets in the landscaping or building materials markets and have developed long term relationships with a client base of key accounts. You will have good IT skills that include knowledge of a CRM database, ideally Salesforce.
