Area Sales Manager - Flooring

Are you an experienced field sales professional with a passion for quality products and relationship building? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual to join our friendly team as an Area Sales Manager in Southern Ireland, representing our range of premium soft flooring solutions.

The Role: As an Area Sales Manager, you will focus on growing our business by developing new accounts and strengthening existing relationships with high street flooring retailers, independent retailers, and flooring contractors. This role covers the Southern Ireland territory and involves promoting our high-quality flooring portfolio to a diverse customer base.

About You: We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic individual who has 2 years plus experience within a field sales environment along with a successful sales track record of achievement. Prior experience in the flooring industry is a plus, however not essential. This role is ideal for someone with a strong “can-do” attitude and a desire to succeed in a field sales environment

Key Requirements:

• Field sales experience with a track record of building and managing client relationships
• Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to develop and manage accounts
• Confidence in identifying and securing new business in retail and soft contract sectors
