We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Sales Agents throughout the UK.

As a key part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. TPD have developed a unique technology platform which allows Agents to work from home providing clients with fast and competitive quotes as well as visiting clients in their own home to assess their needs, we’re happy to discuss our sales and installation offering with potential Agents.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of our product offerings. You’ll be developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Our marketing team can provide you with qualified leads and we offer incentives to Agents generating their own leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

For these positions you’ll need proven experience in sales, preferably in the window and door industry or a related field and be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transport is a necessity.

There is an attractive and generous commission structure in place allowing Agents to earn in excess of £70K per annum. Our supportive and collaborative team environment is designed to ensure your success.

This is a commission-only position and Field Sales Agents must have a driving licence and a vehicle.
