French speaking Travel Account Manager
Location: London
Hybrid work 3 to 4 days a week in the office after training

The company: A well-established tour operator based in North-West London specialising in creating tours in Great Britain and Ireland

Main duties: An exciting opportunity to be the main point of contact for clients building relationships and increasing sales. You will also oversee a small team ensuring they receive support, motivation and guidance

The role:
- Be responsible for generating new business by meeting clients requirements ensuring best itinerary is planned in order to increase sales
- Develop strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and the market trends
- Prepare itineraries which include costings and quotes
- Ensure pricings are competitive and profitable following up with clients converting these to sales
- Liaise with internal departments ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide daily support and development to your team
- Conduct performance reviews providing feedback to ensure targets are met as well as company policies and standards adhered to
- Identify and facilitate training

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience within travel, tour operations or DMC required
- Background in leading and managing a small team a must
- Knowledge of Tour plan beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with a client focused mentality
- Proactive, dynamic and commercially aware

The salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
