The Company:
Our client is a well established international company specialised in Interior Design.

Main duties:
To be responsible for International client experience and help nurture a strong relationship with customers, contributing to the increase of sales in the given market

The Role:
- Deal with clients' enquiries (orders, invoice, products, prices)
- Keep an accurate record of product information & pricing
- Provide an excellent level of customer service at all time
- Collaborate with internal department to improve account management strategies
- Engage with clients to discuss sales offerings
- Introduce customers to the showroom

The Candidate:
- Fluency in Dutch essential (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration or Sales Support desirable
- B2B Customer Service experience would be a bonus
- High level of commercial awareness
- Dynamic personality and team player

The salary: up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience
