Sales Engineer – Worldwide Travel

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire – includes both UK and worldwide travel

Standard Work Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 2pm

Salary: up to £30,000 basic salary + bonus/ commission (OTE of up to £40,000 per annum)

Benefits: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, travel and accommodation paid for, paid expenses, pension contributions, life assurance and use of company car for work related travel.

A leading global provider of cutting-edge machinery for the rubber industry is seeking a Worldwide Sales Engineer to join their team. This is your chance to represent innovative, high-quality products in a diverse and dynamic market whilst traveling the world. You will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships globally.

Duties to include:

• Visit customers and prospects to deliver tailored sales solutions
• Travel to Europe, South America, Asia, and Southeast Asia as well across the UK
• Travel frequently for up to two weeks at a time to meet business needs
• Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase products
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to closing deals
• Represent the company at trade shows and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide

What we are looking for:

• Be ready to embrace a highly flexible travel schedule
• Have a background in manufacturing or engineering
• Confident working independently
• Excel in communication and relationship building at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and eager to learn CRM
• Full clean UK driving licence
