This global interior product manufacturer is now recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager to cover South East London and the South West Coast.

This role focuses on securing product specifications through engagement with Architects, Interior Designers, and Specifiers. The aim is to gather project details and pass fabrication requirements to the Field Sales Team, who will finalise sales with direct customers. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with key clients, organising and managing meetings, CPDs, and Lunch & Learn sessions, and proactively managing an opportunity pipeline. 

Candidates will spend about four days per week visiting clients and one day on administrative tasks at home and will have a structured, self-motivated approach and accurate data management within the CRM to meet KPIs.

The ideal candidate will live within an easy commute of South East London and have specification sales or interior design experience. The region covers South East London, East London, Dartford, Croydon, Bromley, Taunton, Salisbury, Reading, Exeter, Dorchester, Bournemouth, Southampton, Guildford, Plymouth, Torquay, Portsmouth, Brighton, Truro, Gurnsey and Jersey (postcodes: SE1, E, DA, CR, SE2, BR, TA, SP, RG, EX, DT, BH, SO, GU, PL, TQ, PO, BN, TR, GY, JE) with about 90% of the time spent on postcodes in London or within the M25. 

The package includes a salary of up to £50,000 with a 5% bonus, a £7,600 annual car allowance, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and private healthcare.
