An exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager in a leading chemical distribution company serving industries like personal care, health, and cleaning products. This role involves driving sales growth and managing a small sales team to ensure high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for raw chemical materials.
- Identify key markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Lead the sales team, set targets, and drive performance.
- Maintain market knowledge to enhance sales efforts.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and R&D to align sales with demand.
Candidate Profile:
- Team management experience will be an advantage.
- Able to close deals and achieve targets.
- Chemical sales experience.
- Skilled in customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
- UK driving license required (sponsorship is not available).
