Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative

The company:
Leading provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for both domestic and international clients in the manufacturing industry.

Main duties:
To take charge of first-line sales and oversee the entire sales support process for the Benelux region.

The role:
- To manage end-to-end customer relations, ensuring that all customer needs are met consistently and promptly in a professional manner.
- To manage sales support activities, from making warm outbound calls and processing customer orders to maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing insightful reports
- To maintain and update records for suppliers, sales, and customers in the company's CRM system for the designated region.
- To process sales orders and address customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
- To engage in trade shows, media events, and partner events to enhance the company's market presence.
- To assist the Sales Manager with administrative, planning, and other operational tasks as needed.
- To visit customers within UK and Benelux region.

The candidate:
- Fluent Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage abut is not necessary
- Previous experience in Sales Support role
- Working knowledge of CRP/ERP system
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships

The salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
