Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join an well known, established Insurance Broker based in Poole.

What We Are Looking For:

We are actively seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will develop expertise within the High-Net-Worth and Non-Standard Insurance market, while enjoying the challenge of sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:

• Experience in Sales: You have a background in developing and managing relationships with clients and closing deals. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy creating tailored solutions for clients, as we do not take a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
• Excellent Communication: You thrive on engaging conversations, listening attentively, and building strong client relationships.
• Customer-Focused: You have a passion for outstanding customer service and winning new clients.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30

One Saturday per month: 09:00 – 12:30 (with half a day off in lieu)
