Delegate Sales Executive – £25,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission – Hybrid (London)

Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to drive attendance at high-profile B2B conferences and events, connecting senior executives with industry-leading insights and networking opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with senior decision-makers across various industries to promote attendance at exclusive conferences and events.
  • Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on consultative selling.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through a combination of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Researching industry trends and market developments to tailor pitches and maximize sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Experience in delegate or sponsorship sales, recruitment, or telesales is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
  • A target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and resilience to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team.
