Our client is a fast growing Tech company who offer IT & Comms support to business UK wide. They currently have a position available for a Sales Account Manager at their Pencoed site.

Main duties:

  • Desk manage a portfolio of business accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your client base
  • Conduct quarterly product portfolio reviews
  • Maximise retention
  • Deliver gross profit and monthly recurring revenue targets 
  • Regularly analyse customer product penetration and identify opportunities through product gap analysis
  • Forecast, track and report on key account metrics

This is a full time, permanent role. The hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. This is a Head Office role, candidates wishing to apply must be available to work in the office during these times. This position does not offer hybrid or remote working.
