Sales and Progression Executive – Exeter

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Perks: 25 days annual leave (pro rata), Parking

Baker Snell is looking for a Sales and Progression Executive on behalf of our innovative and growing commercial client. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Negotiating sales deals
  • Conducting sales viewings
  • Keeping sales and legal records up to date
  • Coordinating with solicitors, buyers & sales agents
  • Managing digital sales document transfers
  • Scheduling key meetings to keep sales moving
  • Handling buyer enquiries & arranging property viewings
  • Ensuring legal deadlines are met
  • Organising sales documents & handover packs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven record in sales
  • A confident communicator with top-tier customer service skills
  • A team player with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Super organised with an eye for detail
  • A background in property sales would be advantageous

What You’ll Need:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A proactive mindset & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
