Field Sales Manager

Location: Outskirts of Cambourne, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (1 day in the office and 4 days remote)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + quarterly bonus (depending on experience)

Who are we?

Your duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse and high-profile client base
  • Drive key account development and retention strategies
  • Present detailed product and service offerings to prospective and existing clients
  • Lead representation at major national events and exhibitions
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiations and contract finalisation
  • Work with internal teams to create marketing materials and strategies that respond to market trends and customer needs
  • Generate and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive landscape to keep leadership well informed

About you:

  • Demonstrated sales and account management excellence, preferably with a background in handling complex client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop meaningful business connections
  • A proactive and committed work ethic, with a readiness to travel and engage with clients directly
  • Full UK driving licence
