Job Title: Business Introducer

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 – 18:00 Friday 10.00 - 17.00

Holiday: 28 days + bank holidays

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automated dialler system

• Engage with potential clients, gather mortgage-related information, and book financial review appointments

• Represent the business with professionalism, energy, and clarity on every call

• Achieve individual and team targets to unlock commission opportunities
