Sales Coordinator
Salary: Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
We are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator. This is a key role supporting customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Handle customer calls regarding product information
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on specifications.
- Liaise with customers on project updates, delivery schedules, and technical queries.
- Collaborate with the design team to price and quote bespoke projects.
- Input and code orders ready for operations.
- Provide aftercare support including returns, technical advice, and repeat orders.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Convert technical drawings/schematics into working quotations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using computers and software tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of electrical components would be an advantage
