How you'll play your part We're looking for someone who is driven and passionate, who understands the dynamics of the passenger car competitive market and who is able to bring their valuable experience of planning and forecasting to the role. You'll be supporting the short, medium and long term Group Sales and Retails volume planning process for a range of models, ensuring CO2, financial and volume targets are achieved. You'll apply your highly developed analytical skills to analyse sales demand to balance production requirements across multiple sales channels, factoring in the ideal seasonality based on market analysis and optimum stock position. You will also be responsible for allocation planning, ensuring every channel has the right level of stock and production to achieve monthly targets. You will be calculating the allocation each channel will receive by month for the models you manage based on the latest production programme to meet the agreed sales channel targets. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you will work closely with key stakeholders to collect and analyse feedback on the models you manage, making recommendations to the business to meet the business priorities and minimise special discount spend. We're passionate about spotting the latest sales trends and using data to drive sales, something you'll be able to take ownership for. You'll be able to apply your ability to prioritise effectively and work to strict deadlines when supporting in the creation of the Sales Programme & MFP each month, outlining our top-line retails ambition by model as well as showing stock levels and required production volumes.
