Product Specialist - Allergan Aesthetics (Manchester)
- Reporting to Area Sales Manager at Allergan Aesthetics

Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for your portfolio
- To execute efficient territory coverage and management for maximum impact on sales
- Use SAP data to focus on target groups
- Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning customer interactions accordingly, ensuring the call rate is achieved
- To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target
- Develop account plans for targeted accounts, demonstrating clear understanding of goals, objectives and tactics to deliver on the identified opportunities within the account
- Co-ordinate the cross functional team to deliver on the account plans
- Visit customers using competitor products to provide information on Allergan brands
Executes Tactical Sales & Promotional Plan
- Ensure that the Allergan e-Detail Aids are used in each account
- Maintain contact and relationships with all existing customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products within the private clinic setting and advice on “best practice” in patient management
- Sell the benefits of the Allegan portfolio within the area worked and drive the sales of these products
- Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
- Co-ordinates the running of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) training days and supports the faculty and AMI lead in the delivery of these.
Administration
- Communicate accurate information regarding territory activity on a regular basis to Area Sales Manager
- Record accurate information for every call on the CRM system.
- Keep account plans up to date and accurate and demonstrate progress against the plans
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
- Complete business plans, monthly expense reports, up-to-date account profiles and computer customer database.
- take responsibility for keeping up to date with SOPs and procedures associated with their role.
Contributes to an effective Facial Team
- Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas with members of the Facial and Medical Team
- Supports colleagues across the team to ensure overall delivery of Facial Strategy.
- Works with the AMI Lead to deliver the AMI training plan.
- Collaborates with the other members of the Medical team, in particular our Commercial team colleagues to support our customers and develop business opportunities across the portfolio range.
- Work in synergy with colleagues from across Allergan to support business.
