Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Use prospecting tools and techniques to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.

Outreach and Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage with potential customers.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualification:

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further development.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance messaging and product positioning.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.
