£39k base salary - up to 20% bonus of annual salary

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events. This role is perfect for a sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in event sales and planning.
Role Main Purpose:
· To proactively source new clients and build key accounts for 116 Pall Mall
-To assist with filling gaps in the diary with the use of key accounts
Key Responsibilities:
To manage and convert sales enquiries and sales opportunities for the venue and Searcys.
To generate and contribute sales which will then achieve the venues monthly/quarterly annual budget, profitability targets and deadlines.
To maximise all revenue opportunities for the venue and Searcys.
Deliver sales into the venue to achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
Receive incoming enquiries in accordance with the Sales Department standards and procedures and to convert them into confirmed business.
Conduct show arounds and client visits to a high standard.
Help oversee the diary ensuring that all information is accurate, up to date and that all the correct revenue has been inputted.
Ensure venue product knowledge and seasonal menus are communicated to clients and actively upsell to increase average spends and revenue opportunities.
Create and complete function sheets – detailing all event requirements from start to finish.
Ensure in house accounting policies are adhered to and checked. Ensuring billing invoices are completed within agreed timeframes and debt is chased.
Maintain good working relationship with the venue and other Searcys sites.
Ensure accurate billing for all assigned events.
Regularly convert new business from proactive activities, such as proactive calls, building key accounts, sourcing new clients (local and/or International) and assisting with filling the gaps in the diary when required.
Regularly organise proactive site visits with new prospective clients
Produce monthly reports for the HOS and GM on the proactive engagement
Organise a quarterly FAM trip with prospective clients
To represent the venue for trade shows and networking opportunities
Assist with implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Support with training and mentoring the Sales Executives and their development
