This is a fantastic opportunity to play a major role in a rapidly growing Edtech company. Working closely with the founder and Sales Director, you will be encouraged to develop a range of skills that will enable growth for the company and individual development. 

You will be critical to the sales team's success by identifying, nurturing and securing high quality leads. As a Pupil Progress SDR, you will focus on a strategic, research-based approach directly impacting the business's revenues. 

Working closely with the Sales Director and Founder, you will foster strong relationships with those interested in using our platform, giving them the appropriate support and guidance to ensure they are in the best possible position to move forward with the sales team.

This collaborative position requires you to work within a highly performing sales team that is hungry to support interest and enquiry. We pride ourselves in ensuring that prospects experience the best care and support through the decision making process.

Responsibilities and tasks
  • Report to Sales Manager
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in our CRM tool (Hubspot)
  • Research target leads and create an analysis of the prospect before handing them over to an Account Executive or the sales team.
  • Educate leads on the Pupil Progress software, nurturing them until they are qualified and ready to talk with an Account Executive, Sales Director or the sales team.
  • Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about Pupil Progress and providing the sales team with detailed information about the lead.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations 
  • Introduce new leads to their new point of contact within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
