OTE - 1st Year £85k - £100k Uncapped

Job Purpose:

The Mobile team are industry experts, who’s role is to increase revenue within this industry sector, manage existing accounts to retain revenue and provide a first-class service to our customers.  

The purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to develop new relationship with clients to increase revenue within this department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones.
  • Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on all IT products and services.
  • Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Stay informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting.
  • Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches.

  • Proven track record in B2B outbound selling of mobile products and services.
  • Success in high-growth, entrepreneurial team environments.
  • Achievement of new business targets and exceeding KPIs.
  • Effective networking, deal-closing, and after-sales management skills.
  • Quick grasp of new technologies and their business value.
  • Resilience and tenacity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, motivational personality with a big-thinking mindset.
