We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Academy Development Manager to join our team. As an Academy Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by building strong customer relationships and actively seeking out new business opportunities. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, specifically for Academies.
  • Lead the onboarding process from initiation to first order, connecting our customers with Fox exclusive brands.
  • Introduce Fox exclusive brands to students through engaging visits, Zoom calls, and strategic social media outreach.
  • Coordinate train the trainer sessions for exclusive brands, ensuring our educators are well prepared to deliver.
  • Utilize aesthetics forums and social media platforms to identify and nurture leads, driving engagement and excitement within our community.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms with Academies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Medical/Aesthetics/Beauty experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity or a strong interest in aesthetics.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
