We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a customer centric Lead Generator to join the team in Leamington Spa.

As the Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating new business leads for the sales team and securing meetings with prospective clients.

Through the utilisation of various channels, you will be responsible for making outbound calls from a quality database to senior decision makers. You will employ your sales and negotiation skills to identify viable business opportunities whilst overcoming objectives. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy sector. You will have a natural ability to forge strong business relationships, have a passion for sales, and adopt a customer centric approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within a similar role (lead generation/sales and acquisition/ telemarketing/appointment setting.)
  • Experience of qualifying decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and resilience.
  • Adaptable to an ever-changing sector.
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • Experience within the energy sector would be advantageous.

  • A basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.
