IVS Group Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team at Principality Stadium, Westgate St, Cardiff CF10 1NS. As Sales Assistant- Merchandise, you will play a key role in enhancing the concert experience for fans by selling a range of exclusive merchandise items.

Working Dates - 16th to 19th June AND 23rd to 25th June - Shifts 8 to 10 hours per day.

Pay rates will be determined based on your age.

Job Duties

• Count stock items before and after the event.
• Display stock on selling units.
• Sell merchandise at the start of operating hours.
• Process transactions using the cashless payment system.
• Interact with enthusiastic fans and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly notify team leaders/managers when stock is low.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the merchandise area throughout the event.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Affinity for music and live events.
• Prior retail or hospitality experience is beneficial, but the most important thing is a hardworking, positive, can attitude.
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes when required.
