Joining our energetic team as a Street Fundraiser means being at the forefront of making a positive impact on the lives of children facing mental health issues and disabilities. As a Street Fundraiser, you will have the opportunity to connect with the public, inspire them with our cause, and encourage them to support us through donations. This is a role that requires great communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Pay Scheme:

We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. As a starting point, you will receive an hourly rate of £11 after completing our comprehensive training program. But don't stop there! As you gain experience and contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £12 an hour.

Working Hours:

This role offers flexible working hours, typically from 10 AM to 6 PM, allowing you to make a difference at the most impactful times. We value work-life balance and prioritize the well-being of our team members.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire the public.
  • A passion for making a positive impact and helping others.
  • Ability to work outdoors and engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Resilience and perseverance in the face of challenging situations.
  • Good organization and time management skills to achieve fundraising targets.
  • Previous experience in street fundraising or similar roles is a plus.
