We’re looking for a commercially minded Direct Sales Support Executives to join our team in supporting our vision of Creating the Future of Media.

 

What you’ll be doing

This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include: -

  • Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre- and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
  • Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  • Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  • Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  • Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  • Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
  • Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  • To ensure all activities are reflective of the ‘knowledge, accuracy & efficiency’ team pillars.
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.

 

What we are looking for

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong & empathetic communicator – be skilled at building rapport with customer to enable a high standard of customer service.
  • High levels of data accuracy.
  • Adaptable.
  • Resilient.
  • Team Player with ‘how can we’ attitude.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
