We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Specialist. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging with target Suspects and Prospects to drive new business campaigns for Engine Creative and REYDAR (our 3D and augmented reality product platform). With a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you'll be at the forefront of creating valuable client relationships, ultimately contributing to our continued growth and innovation.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of immersve experiences, AR/XR, digital products and the creative industry.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 and an OTE of £60,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Profiling: Define and identify the ICP for new business campaigns, aligning with the strategic goals of Engine Creative and REYDAR.
  • Campaign Management: Set up and create compelling messaging for outbound campaigns targeting the ICP. Ensure all communications reflect our brand’s value proposition clearly and creatively.
  • Engagement: Proactively reach out to ideal prospects through phone calls, initiating meaningful discussions about their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Efficiently manage and respond to incoming inquiries that are aligned with ongoing campaigns, converting interest into actionable opportunities.
  • Demonstration and Meetings: Organise and conduct demonstrations or meetings to showcase our solutions, emphasising how they solve specific problems or add value.
  • Proposal Management: Take briefs, create proposals (with support), manage follow-ups, objections, and communication (calls and emails) to nurture leads towards successful outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, systematically plan and execute activities to progress these leads towards becoming paying customers. Ensuring all activities are tracked and recorded.
  • Reporting: Regularly collate feedback, data, and consolidate KPIs to inform strategy adjustments and report performance.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling presentations (with support) to pitch our solutions effectively to prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in creative services, digital products, and AR/XR-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the AR, XR, VR, and creative industry with the ability to leverage technology and innovation in business strategies.
  • A rich network and extensive contacts across multiple industries, including but not limited to Learning & Development, Product Marketing, and Visualisation
  • Exceptional negotiation, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time and workload
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
