Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in our Cambridge Office, you'll collaborate closely with esteemed Associate Directors & Directors, contributing to key accounts while also cultivating your own portfolio within your designated sector. Join a dynamic team renowned for its close ties with leading Construction firms, ensuring a service of the utmost excellence.

- Competitive base salary, potentially up to £50,000 based on experience.

- Year 1 OTE £45-50k, Year 2 OTE £60-65k, Year 3 £80k++, Year 4 £95k++

- Uphold professionalism and rapport in client and candidate interactions to uphold our esteemed reputation.

- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.

- Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements.

- Facilitate client-candidate negotiations and maintain strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to optimize recruitment strategies.

- Solicit feedback to refine service delivery continually.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment with a track record of billing consistently and hitting target.
