On behalf of our client, Orbital Recruitment are looking for a Field Sales Executive for the West Yorkshire / Yorkshire area, to cover the customers/clients in this area. 

Company car, phone, laptop provided for you on day one. Uncapped commission.

Summary

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to learn new products and fully understand them to promote them positively to prospective clients. Our client has the highest quality products in the industry, once you understand them, you will feel confident selling them. From there, you will receive one on one training from the director, you will be going out to visit clients/prospective clients to learn on the job and put your training into practice. Our client specialises in producing market-leading solutions to dust, fat, and odour control issues. This is an existing opportunity for the right candidate to help grow the business and to earn themselves a 5% turnover in commission on all sales.

About the role

  • Generating new business
  • Arranging appointments to meet with current and prospective clients
  • Keeping up to date with products/systems
  • Company car, phone, laptop provided for you on day one
  • Researching areas to find places of interest/ companies to contact
  • To work under own supervision (once trained) to procure orders for the company’s range of products
  • To work throughout your designated area
  • Build and maintain relationships between customers and the company
  • To be aware of and act in accordance with health and safety requirements
  • To be aware of and act in accordance with environmental policies
  • B2B and Field sales
  • To maintain a schedule of appointments, follow-ups and quotations

Hours of work:

  • Basic hours are 40 per week (including a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Starting at 9am and finishing at 5pm
  • Extra hours will be needed should the job require it
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overnight stays may be necessary, paid by the company
