Our esteemed client, a leading supplier of cables and cable accessories in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Assistant Branch Manager.
Hours: Monday to Friday, No Weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the depot sales team.
- Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Manage team goals, providing guidance and support to ensure peak performance.
- Contribute to supplier agreements at the branch level.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or operational roles.
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach to drive sales.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
