Saffron Vantage are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team in our brand new office in Cambridge.
We are looking for a SeniorRecruitment Consultant with a track record of billings in any industry.
You must have knowledge and experience in your sector.
The Role:
- Managing the process from interview to placement
- Account / Client management
- Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business
- Contract negotiating
- Collating timesheets
- Basic admin duties
Starting salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Proof of billings to be required regardless of role.
OTE (On Target Earnings)
- 1st Year: £45k+ 2nd Year: £65k+ 3rd Year: £80k+. Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates.
